Virtual Medical & Personal Assistant Remote
Job description
You will be working with the Clinical Director (CEO) for a London based healthcare and education private provider.
The role is fully remote and you will be paid as a contractor on an hourly basis. The role is for 5 hours per day.
This is a fast -paced role with daily deadlines. You will be onboarding new clients from start to finish and manage the day to day private clinic and school contacts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary management
- Inbox Management
- Client On-Boarding
- Appointment Setter
- Liaison with clients and staff
- Travel and logistics management
- Client Queries
- Expenses
- Document production and finishing
- Daily administrative tasks
- Invoicing
- Credit control activities
- Uploading and maintaining client details in our database
- Other administrative activities as required
- Personal Admin related tasks
Requirements of the role:
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Competent with Microsoft Office aswell as experience with Gmail, Google drive, hangouts, Slack and CRM systems
- Excellent organisational skills

- Versatile and adaptable
- Approachable and great at problem solving
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
