Job description
This is a part time role working across the working week, initially for a 3 to 4 month period but with the opportunity to extend and become a permanent member of the VirtualGo team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Director within a key client on many different tasks including fielding calls, managing diaries, organising meetings and Minute taking. Additionally, this individual will support a variety of projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- EA support to Director
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Maintain diaries and email inbox
- Organise and coordinate meetings, take Minutes and monitor actions log
- Grants administration
- Research
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Proficient with MS Office & Google Suite platforms
- Capability of working remotely with some travel for meetings in London and Norwich
- Excellent organisational skills
- People focussed with business acumen
Experience
- 5+ years experience in Executive Assistant roles
- Proficient with MS Office & Google Suite platforms
- Working knowledge of MS Teams and Zoom
- Technical abilty to grasp new software/applications easily
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
