As a customer sales adviser your role will be focused on providing a great customer sales experience and leaving a lasting, positive impression.
As you develop in your role, you’ll gain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services on offer, and we’ll give you all the training you need to succeed. You may not have all the answers, and that’s okay, as you’ll have a friendly team around you who are always there to assist, helping you find the right answers and all the resources you need.

What you’ll be doing:
- Taking inbound customer calls
- Identifying needs
- Handling objections
- Building rapport with customers
- Using market and product knowledge to up-sell the best possible mobile phone offers & services to meet customers needs
What we’re looking for:
- A Confident and outgoing personality.
- An Excellent telephone manner.
- Someone who is sales / target driven.
- Competent reading from a script
- Above all – a warm and welcoming personality!
What you will work:
Operational hours are..
- Monday to Friday - 8am & 8pm
- Saturday and Sunday - 10am & 6pm
The set rota consists of a mixture of early, middle and late shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. All successful applicants must be fully flexible to work between these hours.
