Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Luxury Concierge to join our fashion resale marketplace. As a Luxury Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personalized service and assistance to our high-end clientele. Your main objective will be to ensure a seamless and enjoyable luxury shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and attentive service to high-net-worth customers throughout their luxury shopping journey on our fashion resale marketplace.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing fashion expertise with a focus on luxury brands and high-end fashion.
  • Offer guidance and assistance in navigating the fashion resale marketplace, including product selection, size recommendations, and style advice.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure accurate product descriptions, quality control, and timely shipping of orders.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, luxury brands, and industry news to provide customers with informed recommendations and suggestions.
  • Work closely with our authentication team and utilizing your expertise in identifying genuine designer products.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly, providing appropriate solutions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, striving to exceed their expectations and establish long-term loyalty to our fashion resale marketplace.
  • Coordinate with external luxury service providers, such as personal shoppers, stylists, and luxury hotels, to offer additional exclusive services to our customers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling luxury fashion items, collaborating with the sales team to maximize revenue and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a luxury retail, fashion, or concierge role, preferably within the luxury resale industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for luxury fashion brands, trends, and styles, with a strong understanding of product authenticity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with high-profile clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple customer requests and provide accurate information.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
  • Professional demeanour, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive customer information.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours, as necessary, to meet customer needs.
  • Additional language skills, especially in languages spoken by luxury clientele, would be an advantage.
