Job description
· To work as a member of the VIP team in a designated room area, covering specific booths, and providing help and assistance where required
· Greet designated VIP guests and act as their main point of contact throughout the session
· Collect the coats/jackets of the VIP guests and place securely in cloakroom, ensuring the guests receive their cloakroom tickets, and return the coats to them, at their request, before they leave.
· Ensure you check on your VIP guests periodically throughout the session
· Upsell packages to your VIP guests wherever possible
· Ensure the booths are clean and tidy, with clean menus, at all times
· To successfully resolve guest complaints wherever possible referring unresolved complaints to the management team
· Comply with displayed bar tariffs and any promotional offers applicable to each session
· Ensure your workstation is not left unattended
· Ensure that all areas are dry and clear of spillages or broken glass.
· Public and staff areas should be kept clean
· Maintain bar areas in line with operating standards
· Serve drinks, as ordered providing quality guest service
· Ensure good housekeeping standards are applied and deliver a safe environment through maintenance of the venue
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: Up to £10.17 per hour
