Social Media Digital Content Specialist (Videographer/Editor)
We're looking for a Videographer (known internally as Social Media Digital Content Specialist) to join our team at easyJet holidays and help take our social media content to new heights!
As our Social Media Digital Content Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content across our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll work closely with our Campaign and Community Executive team to develop an overall visual brand strategy and set up a content calendar that resonates with our customers.
You'll have the chance to showcase your skills as you film and edit short-form videos, both independently and as part of a team. You'll also create compelling edits for multiple platforms and social media channels, using subtitles and motion graphics to support storytelling and create original content.
In addition to your videography skills, you'll have a keen eye for design and a talent for photo editing and presenting graphics that are consistent with our brand aesthetics. You'll also keep informed of developments in social media, especially video for multiple and emerging channels and formats.
At easyJet holidays, we pride ourselves on our customer focus, and you'll play an important role in providing excellent service to our external and internal customers. You'll actively learn from customer feedback, comments, and suggestions to review and improve content and support our customers' needs. And you'll champion social media usage across the business, advocating best practices to help us meet and exceed our customer service standards.
What you’ll bring to the team:
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and creative individual with a proven track record in social media content production and video production, who is confident in their ability to create engaging content, understand social media trends and possesses strong design skills. You will be able to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects and audiences while being an excellent team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

This full-time role is based at our HQ near Luton Airport, and we operate a hybrid working model with two office days a week
