We are pleased to announce an exciting job opportunity in our rapidly expanding company for a skilled videographer to create compelling video content for our social media accounts, YouTube channel, and paid Ads. In this position you will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with our external advertising agency. The Panel Company, is the leading retailer of shower panels in the UK, and although we continue to grow, we remain a company that values and respects each member of our team. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative videographer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality videos that effectively convey our brand's message and tell our stories. The ideal candidate should have experience in all aspects of video production, from concept development to post-production editing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to conceptualise and plan video content that aligns with the brand's marketing objectives.
  • Set up and operate video cameras, audio equipment, and lighting to capture high-quality footage.
  • Edit and post-produce videos to ensure high-quality, engaging content.
  • Use creativity to tell stories through video and utilise the latest video editing software and technology.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote videos on various social media platforms and monitor video metrics to improve performance.
  • Manage and maintain all video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in video production, film, or related field - (not compulsory but advantageous).
  • Experience in video production, including filming, lighting, audio recording, and editing.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
  • Strong creative vision and the ability to develop and execute on that vision.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
  • A strong portfolio of previous video projects.
