We are professional, fast-paced and creative and are looking for an individual to create exciting new property video content to increase our local brand presents and make us the estate agent of choice in the local area.
Videographer / Content Writer
Responsibilities:
- Create and produce marketing material
- Photographing, Videoing and editing all property videos & photographs
- Produce social media videography, including reels, Tiktoks & Youtube/Instagram
- Growing our social media footprint & online presence
- Grow our physical presence & brand in the local area.
- Create content that is legally compliant and avoid breaking the law.
- Create content that is not plagiarised or infringes on any copyrights.
- Merge and edit images into web content to create a compelling, visual experience for the reader.
- Create content in a timely manner, meet deadlines.
- Follow editorial style guidelines and best practices.
- Provide clear and precise instructions on how to execute tasks.
Ideal Candidate
- A desire for all things marketing and an urge to assist growing our business digitally
- Strong work ethic
- Confident across all types of social media and digital platforms, as well as keeping upto date with latest trends
- Attention to detail & a desire to keep growing, learning and improving.
- We can provide all the industry equipment including cameras, lens and video editing software.
- Video Editing Skills
Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

Salary: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
