Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly-competent video editor who has excellent video filming skills to be involved with our journalism and news reporting needs for our multi-award winning online publication DESIblitz.com.
The role is based in Birmingham and will require you to engage in filming assignments in Birmingham and neighbouring areas.
You will be working closely with a journalist or presenter, or on your own depending on what footage is required.
Assignments will require you to film video and record audio for interviews, b-roll and any other requirements for the assignment.
You will then produce good quality edited videos based on our requirements of these reports or mini-documentaries, which will require a quick turn around.
You can edit from home using industry recognised software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or Vegas.
Expenses are paid for this volunteer role.

Salary: £8.50-£9.50 per year
