Let Property are looking for a Kirkcaldy based video editor, designer & photographer to create marketing content for their social media profiles and media for our property listings.
Being one of the largest investment sales companies in Scotland, this position is perfect for someone who wants to make a start in their video editing & photography journey as we can guarantee a steady stream of work to help you hone your skills.
You will have to know how to produce beautiful lighting and possess a strong eye for detail. We are taking this estate agency to the next level and the quality of the photos/videos showcasing our listings is of huge importance.
This level of quality must also be consistent across our social media content and so it will be held to the same standard.
Your working day will be determined by the number of appointments that have been scheduled in your calendar.
Responsibilities
- Visiting our clients properties to take professional photos, videos and Matterport virtual tours
- Editing video content that will be published on our social media pages
- Filming and editing adverts for online advertising
All candidates must be proficient in video editing and photography. It is advantageous if you have an understanding of the following software’s:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Cap cut
No training will be provided and you will be solely responsible for fulfilling these tasks. Ideally you have a qualification in videography or photography such as a HND.
You must also have a driver's licence so you can drive yourself to appointments and are ideally situated in or around Kirkcaldy/Edinburgh/Dunfermline.
Pay is very competitive and negotiable based on your personal experience in both sales and/or the property sector.

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
