Job Description:
We are seeking a Video Editing Wizard who possesses a comprehensive understanding of video editing techniques, and carries a burning passion for creating visually compelling content, tailored for social media platforms.
In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in the creation, curation, and management of diverse content types (images, video, written) across various client social media platforms.
- Proficiently utilise Adobe Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Canva, for video creation and graphic design. Familiarity with animation and motion graphics is a bonus.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends and tools, leveraging this knowledge to enhance our social media strategies across all client accounts.
- Develop engaging content aimed at driving engagement and growth for our clients' accounts.
- Design and craft unique Instagram stories that captivate and resonate with diverse audiences.
- Analyse and monitor social media ad campaigns, particularly Facebook Ads, working closely with the ad manager to refine and implement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure a cohesive and effective social media strategy is maintained across all client accounts.
- Work on team projects, contributing to a harmonious and productive working environment.
- Establish and execute a regular publishing schedule in conjunction with a content calendar for specific, timely marketing campaigns.
- Regularly post on social media accounts, ensuring consistency and timeliness across all platforms.
- Leverage analytics to guide content creation and strategy development, aiming to increase engagement and reach new audiences.
- Implement innovative video production techniques to produce captivating content for our clients.
- Create visually engaging graphics that accurately represent each client's brand and resonate with their target audiences.
- Show a willingness to learn how to film videos using DSLRs, with the opportunity to participate in regular video shoots.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in Video Editing.
- 1-2 years of experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing.
- Demonstrable video editing skills with a portfolio reflecting your ability.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Canva, and Photoshop.
- Crafting effective social media strategies.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of video cameras and their operation.

- Hours: 37.5 - 40 hours per week

- Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience
