The opportunity:
We are growing our dedicated in-house video production and photography team here at Just R. Our team is responsible for creating some attention-grabbing imagery and telling unique, engaging stories. We produce, create and deliver first-class video content across a wide range of platforms, crafting bespoke campaigns for our NHS clients to drive recruitment and inspire people to careers in healthcare.
We are currently seeking a committed video creative to work alongside the current video and creative teams. The right candidate will be a technically-skilled creative, an enthusiastic storyteller and able to deliver a wide range of engaging and dynamic video projects with a thriving creative team.
Whether you are a recent graduate or a seasoned pro is not important to us. What is essential is that you are passionate about your job and are ready to play a key part in growing a team that is committed to delivering exceptional work, telling exciting stories and becoming a groundbreaking in-house film studio.
Our video creative will:
- Be proficient with cameras, grip and audio recording equipment.
- Edit and deliver engaging and exciting videos using Adobe Premiere.
- Produce eye-popping motion graphics in After Effects.
- Edit photography and give them that extra wow-factor.
- Research to inform video content.
- Work with delivery teams to monitor the effectiveness of video and to drive continuous improvement to the way we do things.
- Preferably be able to work across the whole Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

Hours
37.5 hours per week, 9.30am - 17.30pm, Monday to Friday in our city centre Carlisle office.
Salary
£25k - £30k dependent on experience.
