As the Home Lending Data Technical Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of Chase’s data modernization efforts, leading Home Lending into an AI-, analytics-, and cloud-first strategy. You will be responsible for supporting technical decisions around elements of the Home Lending Product Portfolio that is created, provisioned, or consumed to support strategic business objectives, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, advanced analytics, business operations, and reporting. As a member of the Data & Analytics and Product team, you will collaborate with transformation leaders, designers, and developers to ensure that Home Lending Products leverage state-of-the-art cloud architecture while effectively navigating the firm’s current-state hybrid environment. You will partner with aligned Product Managers, Data Owners, Data Scientists, and Analysts, to guide increased business value through the identification of data required to support advanced analytics outcomes such as customer segmentation, personalization, and insights.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead technical analysis and prototyping of new data platforms including AWS S3, Redshift, and Snowflake, in the context of migrating from Chase’s existing technical infrastructure to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Work with engineering teams to understand their roadmaps and provide necessary program support to accelerate our migration to cloud-first platforms.
- Act as a strategic advisor, taking a long view on the implementation of technologies such as data warehousing, data management & governance, data integration, big data, business intelligence, and machine learning to guide sustainable business growth.
- Build programs to ensure that new cloud-first platforms maximize business value while adhering to risk and control requirements.
- Prepare technical development roadmaps and stakeholder communications around key recommendations
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills :
- 6+ years’ related experience with Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years’ experience as a Technical Program Manager
- Deep experience with query or analytical programming languages (SQL, Athena), AWS services, and cloud migrations
- Experience with agile development
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills :
- Good understanding of the Home Lending Industry
- Master’s degree in computer science, business (MBA), data science/statistics, or similar
- Experience with business processes, risk management, and control requirements
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
