The Position:
This position is for a Product Manager role within the FlexTrade’s Sell-Side division. The Product Manager role involves capturing, analysing, and documenting Client requirements and ensuring the delivery of the solutions is per the specifications. Needs to conduct research, by working with Product Management, Development and Client Services, to determine if solutions to the business requirements exist within Core Product or require enhancements. This position requires prior knowledge and experience with software technology and the business flows of Equities and/or Futures.
Responsibilities
- Discuss and understand business requirement and document functional specification
- Explain how FlexTrade suite of products can help the Customer meet their specific workflow(s)
- Willing to go on-site and work with the Traders to get requirements and feedback
- Able to demonstrate product features to customers
- Ensure Systems are delivered as per the agreed specification
- Act as liaison between the Customer, Product Management and Client Services during the onboarding stage
- Produce workflow user guides and other materials to the required standard
- Work with Technical and Support groups to ensure timely resolution of tactical issues during Onboarding phase
Requirements
- Bachelor's OR Master's degree
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills (verbal & written).

Knowledge of Equities and/or Futures across Front, Middle, and Back Office.
- Project Management experience a plus.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize conflicting items/workload
- Experience with any vendor software trading platform is a must
