Job description
This newly created senior role within our Engineering Team is primarily responsible for driving on time delivery of multiple and complex programs whilst acting as deputy for the SVP Engineering.

As VP Engineering you will be a key member of our Senior Engineering Management Team, working across our established Software, Hardware and Test groups, using your significant influencing and collaborative skills to drive forward strategy and achieve measurable results.
We are looking for a highly technical individual with a broad technology base ranging from board design, FPGA, and embedded software. You will be an experienced leader and responsible for the day-to-day management of our engineering resources while championing our “can do” solutions orientated culture. You will continuously encourage the development of the teams professional and technical skills with a consideration for future proofing the growth ambitions of Adder.
