Responsibilities:
Handle multiple assigned projects to ensure on-time, on-budget software and infrastructure deliveries.
Work with product owners to ensure program increments and sprint plans align to project goals and milestones.
Open and maintain NEXUS records.
Engage external technology teams and architecture to ensure support for features.
Ensure GIS and security by design are engaged as needed and, PT approvals are completed.
Facilitate technology workgroup meetings and ad hoc meetings.
Coordinate and monitor end-to-end testing, including triage support.
Handle financial estimates in NEXUS and ensure external partners adhere to forecasts (monitor PDWare burn and forecasts).
Oversee implementation, production certification, and roll-outs.
Assist line of business by managing scope to financial allocations.
Utilize test management systems, including HP Quality Center and ALM, to provide QA and UAT test scripts management results and reporting.
Perform advanced business analysis to turn requirements into technical deliverables that can be developed, tested, and deployed.
Monitor software design life cycle (SDLC) to ensure project milestones are met.
Gather Business Requirements and translating them into technical design specifications, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases and scenarios.
Use JIRA or similar Agile project management software, as well as Wiki and SharePoint tools to document and track project deliverable and project status.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or related; and
5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
Utilizing test management systems, including HP Quality Center and ALM, to provide QA and UAT test scripts management results and reporting;
Performing advanced business analysis to turn requirements into technical deliverables that can be developed, tested, and deployed;
Monitoring software design life cycle (SDLC) to ensure project milestones are met;
Gathering Business Requirements and translating them into technical design specifications, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases and scenarios; and,
Using JIRA or similar Agile project management software, as well as Wiki and SharePoint tools to document and track project deliverable and project status.
10% domestic travel, as necessary.
