VIC Events Intern
Reports to: VIC Development Manager
Location: London Headquarters, UK
Contract: Fixed Term Contract; 12 Months. Start date is Feb/March 2023.
Your role @Chanel:
A broad role that supports the operational aspects of the Fashion Marketing and CRM team to ensure we are providing an Ultimate Luxury Experience for our top clients. You will liaise with various fashion departments at a UK and Global level, exchanging information and liaising with various levels of management as a result gain an exposure to the different disciplines that drive the business forward. A willingness to learn quickly, and a strong attention to detail will be key to success in this role.
What impact you can create at Chanel:
- Support the VIC Development Manager & Client Experience Marketing Manager to orchestrate extraordinary experiences for different segments of clients, to continually surprise and delight our clients and reinforce CHANEL’s authority as a luxury leader
- Smooth co-ordination of the logistics for each event with strong attention to detail and reactivity. Including but not limited to invitation management, gifting preparations, and liasing with third party suppliers.
- Document post-event feedback to understand areas of success and improvement
- Utilise your fresh eyes and curiosity to understand our ways of working, and potentially make suggestions as to new opportunities to ‘wow’ our clients
- By bringing proactivity and a positive energy to the team, making it possible to efficiently execute a variety of tasks simultaneously and ultimately help the Boutique Management engage with a broader audience
