FASHION VIC COORDINATOR
Location: CHANEL Head office, London
Reports to: VIC Development Manager
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Your role @CHANEL:
CHANEL is looking for a Fashion VIC Coordinator to join our London Head Office Team. In this role you will partner closely with the VIC Development Manager and play a leading role focussing on the seamless execution of best-in-class CHANEL top client experiences and engaging with teams at all levels and departments across the organization.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceptionally strong organization and attention to detail, an understanding of luxury service and product, and a passion for problem solving with a client-centric approach (preferably within a VIC/ Events/ PR/ Hospitality).
What impact you can create at Chanel:
  • Coordinate and organize top client events both domestically and internationally.
  • Be a strong partner to a network of Boutique client relations teams and work with this network to educate on VIC programme fundamentals and engagement approach.
  • Steward top client details and data with discretion to ensure personalized, detailed, and exceptionally executed client experiences.
  • Help to refine, manage, and evolve internal team processes and improve efficiencies in working with cross functional partners.
  • Be a strong support for team Manager on organizational elements of team’s focus and coordination of top priorities.
  • Understand the retail environment/landscape intimately and be able to dynamically adapt to the needs of our boutique teams in times of change.

What you will bring to the role:
  • A very strong organizational skillset and confident managing details and data in an agile and swift way.
  • Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, with specific ability to build compelling, concise, and engaging decks.
  • Experience in Marketing/ Events/ PR a plus.
  • Professional proficiency in French a plus.
