Synchronised Solution is recruiting an Assistant Veterinary Surgeon to work in a very well established veterinary practice in Wool, Dorset. The veterinary practice is dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Wool is a busy and well equipped clinic with ultrasound, scopes and small MRI. It feeds into a nearby 24 hour hospital in Dorchester. You should be able to work in a busy environment and have good consultation and surgical skills. The practice currently has 4 veterinary surgeons with both medicine and surgery certificates. There is also a great team of nurses and support staff. There are excellent long term prospects for the right candidate, with career development and specialism actively encouraged.
Location details: The veterinary practice is located in Wool. Wool is a large village in Dorset. The village lies at a historic bridging point on the River Frome, half-way between Dorchester and Wareham.
Salary and benefits: This is a 4 day week role and you will have to work 1 in 3 half or 1 in 6 full Saturdays. There is on offer a very competitive salary (dependent on experience) as well as permanent yearly accommodation allowance of £6600. A car is also provided or allowance as well as generous CPD with 3 days paid CPD leave and in house training allowance. VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid.
