Job description
We are looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon with at least 1 year UK experience or equivalent to work with a great team. This is a newly acquired practice in a new purpose built building. This vacancy would be suitable for a veterinary surgeon with good all round surgical experience, excellent communication skills and who always strives to deliver first class care to the clients. There are other nearby practices and a 24 hour emergency hospital in Lincoln.
Location details: Coningsby is a village in Lincoln. It is only 7 miles from Horncastle and has excellent accessibility to other nearby towns like Boston, Sheffield and Nottingham.
Salary and benefits: This full time role gives you an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day week and 1 in 3 weekends There is on offer a very competitive salary up to £50000 per year as well as £6600 yearly accommodation allowance. A car is also provided or £2500 allowance as well as £1,500 CPD allowance with three days’ CPD leave and in-house CPD training, 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays and fantastic career progression opportunities. There are many other benefits available including paid VDS, RCVS and BVA fees.
