The focus of our CCA’s is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team. The ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success. Having experience within customer care or veterinary services would be ideal.
The position of a CCA is to provide friendly customer care and support throughout the entire customer journey. We are looking for a calm, attentive individual who will always focus on the clients’ needs. You will be able to remain composed in the event of a veterinary emergency or challenging circumstances.
You would work within our close knit and friendly team, and the right individual will need to bring enthusiasm and drive to the opportunity when joining us.
Day to day you will; answer the phone, greet clients and offer support, guidance and expertise, managing appointments, payments and administrative tasks confidently and conscientiously. Computer literacy is essential. You will be part of the journey from the excitement of the beloved pets’ first vaccination, during periods of illness, right up to offering condolences when difficult decisions must be made.
The individual suited to this role will be dedicated to ensuring our front of house standards are maintained to the highest levels. You shall have a passion for service, as well as a love of pets.
This is a full time role working 38 hours per week. We are a 24/7 emergency vet hospital therefore this role will include week day shifts between 8am – 9pm and weekends on a rota basis (currently one in 3).
You will be joining a friendly, supportive team at our new, state of the art hospital in Northampton.
