We are small animal practice located in East London near Canary Wharf, E14.

We have high tech equipment to help treat pets within the London area, including but not limited to k-laser, dental radiographs, x-ray machine, in house blood analysis and plenty more. We work closely with our team and have additional services such as orthopedics.
We are now seeking an experienced receptionist in handling the emotions of a pet owner and sharing the joys of helping to make pets better to join our amazing team.

To apply for this role you should be competent and confident in the basics of a veterinary reception to include:
Ability to work a 40 hour week including 1 in 2 Saturday shifts with time off in lieu. Yes we are closed Sundays so you will always get a nice lay in.
Welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival to our clinic
Booking appointments and arrivals on the diary
Help to promote our Healthcare Plan and kitten/puppy plans so that pets are receiving premium discounted preventative treatment on a monthly basis.
Booking in follow up consultations for patients once they have left their initial consultation
Help the Vet and Nurse team with queries was requested
Being responsible for filing paperwork and completing insurance
Liaison with clients regarding queries for appointment booking and medication collection as required
Taking payment immediately after treatment of the pet

Experience:
- Veterinary Receptionist or medical care: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- excellent written and spoken English (required)
