About us
Strathmore Veterinary Clinic is a wonderful practice close to Andover town centre. We have a large, easily accessible car park, plus full disabled access and facilities. We have a great team of 5 Vets, 5 Vet Nurses, 3 Training Nurses and 2 Kennel hands. Surgical, Chiropractic and Ophthalmology certificates.
As a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Practice Standard accredited clinic, we are regularly inspected by the college. They’ve approved our clinic as high standard, with well trained staff and safe, modern equipment which include dental and dental x-ray, x-ray, on Site Lab 3 Ops rooms, laser treatment and surgery of outstanding standards.
We run our own 24-hour emergency service and you will always be supported by one of our fantastic Vets. We're also a training practice for Veterinary Nurses, and have had great success in this area.
About the role
100% Small Animal role.
Your normal hours of work are 40 hours per week. Due to the particular needs of the business we need to operate a rota system, therefore there are no normal times of work applicable to you and your daily hours, start and finish times will vary from time to time on a rota system. The rota operates Monday to Friday inclusive. In addition, you may also be required to participate in a weekend rota and/or an out of hour’s on-call rota which will include working on weekends and bank holidays.
