Job Description
In this role you will be;
- Supporting the relevant Service Tower with all aspects of commercials and contractual change.
- Ensuring that vendors are being paid on time for services consumed by IAG Tech.
- Ensuring that all new service take on has been raised through IAG systems and approved through the correct channels.
- Delivering factual data insights to the relevant Tower on contracted data and financial spend.
Your experience will include, working in partnership with the business to:
Manage Contracts
- Update and manage contract inventory and all contract renewals.
- Ensure that contracts and agreements are maintained in the appropriate systems so that accurate information is available.
- Produce high quality documentation and reports.
- Support continual service improvement across Vendor Management by identifying areas for improvement and assisting with the update or creation of required documentation.
- Assist with internal and external audits as required.
Manage Commercials
- Ensure all vendors have Purchase Orders raised and authorised before delivering services and advise non-compliance to Vendor Manager.
- Ensure all vendors are paid on time for services delivered.
- Challenge the IAG Tech Tower to ensure that services have been received before confirming payments.
- Qualify the monthly data from vendor reviews and ensure alignment to internal IAG systems.
- Drive transparency of commercial data across all the vendors within the Tower.
- Build consumption-based data models to simplify internal financial billing.
- Deliver on a number of projects, the breadth and complexity of which will vary depending on experience.
Qualifications
- You have ITIL awareness and/or certification
- You have excellent analytical skills, confident in identifying, questioning and suggesting improvements to current working methods and processes where necessary for the benefit of IAG Tech.
- You have attention to detail with organisational and process design skills.
- You can form strong stakeholder relationships, with a proven ability of influencing and persuading internally and externally
- You have effective senior stakeholder management, are able to balance and find compromises between opposing views and opinions.
- Business partnering, working as a valued partner with senior stakeholders across a diverse operation, delivering a value-added service to business customers.
- You can extract requirements from business stakeholders and documenting them in a succinct manner.
- Have the ability to recognise priorities and guide others towards the accomplishment of strategic business goals and objectives.
- You are open to embracing and managing both business and IT change as necessary to help shape future direction.
- You can identify and contribute to the continual improvement of analysis capability across the organisation.
- You have experience of successfully completing and influencing complex analytical assignments, and of complex problem solving
- You bring a proven track record of managing multiple vendors across regions.
- Strong experience of challenging, identifying and delivering process improvements.
- You can demonstrate delivering organisational and process design.
- You can operate across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential.
