This is an excellent opportunity with one of the fastest-growing companies in the Sports Nutrition Industry. Nutrivend has grown rapidly over the last number of years, and we are now looking to recruit a number vending, delivery and warehouse operatives (VDWO) to join our Operations Team based out of our new Luton based depot.
The role will be based on a rota between driving and warehouse, which is likely to be 1 week warehouse work followed by 3 weeks driving, this may change based on the needs of the business.
Vending and Deliveries
You will be responsible for restocking and maintaining vending machines at customer sites as well as fulfilling wholesale deliveries into gyms. You are the face of the company to the client, so you need to be personable, professional, and presentable always. You will also enjoy interacting positively with all clients. This is a physically demanding job, looking after machines spread across different sites, so a good level of fitness is needed, and full training will be provided.
When on your vending and delivery delivery rota you are required to start at 2am
Warehouse
You will pick and pack completed orders in accordance with standard packaging procedures, while maintaining quality standards and efficient production. Our ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to track and complete multiple facets of product packaging. By utilizing your strong communication skills and attention to detail, you'll help us prepare some of the UK's favourite sports nutrition products for shipment.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork
- Booking in supplier deliveries, checking items supplied match delivery paperwork and processing stock received in the system
- Storing and rotating stock according to company procedures
- Replenishing pick face stock, moving pallets with correct equipment provided
- Picking, packing, and wrapping orders for both third party and internal collection in a timely manner, working to targets and deadlines
- Ensure all orders are accurately picked
- Ensuring all products are free from damage, reporting any discrepancies
- Raising 3PL collections and delivery jobs in the various portals
- Process returns to the warehouse according to company procedures
- Loading vehicles safely using manual handling techniques and checking goods against customer’s delivery notes to ensure correct products are picked and loaded for delivery
- Support accurate stock counts as needed
- Reporting any health and safety or quality issues to your manager
- Ensure all machines are filled with the Pre-Packed stock provided.
- Ensure machines are clean and fault free before leaving site.
- Complete first line vending machine fixes.
- Report any issues and completion of any service tasks to head office before leaving site.
- Rotate stock in the machines and adhere to planogram compliance.
- Collection and safe transportation of cash from machines back to head office.
- Deliver orders complete to customer sites, informing them in advance of your expected arrival.
- Check your vehicle is load safely, and securely to ensure items remain free from damage.
- Ensure company vehicles are clean, tidy and report any issues immediately.
- Accurate recording information required in the Systems.
- Immediately report any customer dissatisfaction.
- Immediately report any vehicle damage.

How much do you get paid?
The starting salary for the role is £24,500 per annum, with a £2000 performance bonus which is paid quarterly on completion of a succesful 3-month probation.
When you pass your probation you will be trained to the Driver Technician standards and your salary with increase to £25,500 per annum, with a £2000 performance bonus which is paid quarterly
The role is a minimum of 45 hours per week and all overtime will be paid at standard rate Monday to Friday
