Job description
Joining moto is easy, we’re not seeking colleagues with years of customer service experience in hospitality or retail, but we are ideally looking for individuals with experience of the vaping industry. We are looking for enthusiastic people to be part of our brand new Vape Shop offer. We are opening a fabulous new Vape shop at our Cherwell location and we’re looking for individuals who can help us deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
Whilst we are ideally looking for individuals with experience of the Vape industry we will also provide full training.

What you will be doing as a Vape Shop Assistant:
- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers on the shopfloor
- Dealing with queries customers might have about specific products and ranges
- Receiving deliveries and stock replenishment
- Maintaining stock levels by replenishing displays
- Handling customer enquiries
- Operating tills and handling cash
- Maintaining standards around product quality and cleanliness
Being a motorway services area means some of our sites will have either limited or no access through public transport, so please ensure to check that you are able to access the site before applying.
