Van Driver Bodmin Full Time Salary £23119
5 days out of 7 starting between 5.30 – 6.30 40 hrs

You’ll be responsible for the delivery of food and catering products to the nation’s schools, care homes, restaurants and pubs. You’ll be picking products from a temperature-controlled van, accurately meeting the customers’ order, and resolving any initial queries. Making sure that you complete all legal and company vehicle checks will also be a part of your role, as will making sure that you complete all paperwork and checks in relation to health and safety (SSOW), hygiene and other legislation.
It starts with a full induction, but with our backing and optional accredited training that includes forklift, first aid and HGV driving, there’s no limit to your potential. In fact, almost 90% of our managers started here. So, once you’re in, there are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, move roles and move up – if that’s what you want to do.
To join us as a Van Driver, you’ll have a driving licence, and enjoy working independently out on the road. You will want to deliver a great service to our customers and have good communication and people skills. In return, you’ll enjoy job stability and benefits such as:
