HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday - circa 45 hours per week. 04:30am start - on a job and finish basis
A vacancy has arisen for a Van Sales Driver to provide Holland’s products within a given area
The main duties will include:
- Deliver Holland’s famous products throughout the North West
- Maintain customer service levels, ensuring customers get what they need when they need it
- Manage customer debt
- Follow on & off site procedures
- Uphold food safety procedures
- Liaise between customers & the Telesales Team
- Ensure stock & monies balance on a daily basis
To achieve this, candidates will have the following attributes:
- Ability to learn quickly, be adaptable and rise to new challenges
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to engage with Holland’s customers & uphold service levels
- Ability to use own initiative and work within strict deadlines
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to follow set delivery routes and go “off piste” when the need arises
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- A flexible attitude to work
- Previous experience preferred, but not essential
- Full clean driving licence, permitting you to drive vehicles on site up to 7.5 tonnes
