Location : Mercedes-Benz /Smart York, UK Role overview Valet Supervisor Job summary: Working as part of a highly effective and high performing team at our Mercedes Benz dealership in York, you will supervise the valet team to ensure that customer vehicles are cleaned and prepared efficiently to the highest standards ready for delivery. You will ensure that all cars are presented in pristine condition and any faults are picked up on prior to the vehicle being handed over to the customer. Key Responsibilities will include: Organising the valet team and planning the work load to accommodate vehicles being delivered as necessary. Valeting new and used cars to highest standard, ensuring all vehicles are presented in pristine condition. Ensure any faults (minor or major) are reported to the appropriate manager prior to the vehicle being handed over to the customer. Care for all vehicles and property at all times having due regard for such property. Drive with the utmost safety and care to minimise the risk of accidents and hazards. If duties involve dialogue with customers, ensure that they are shown the utmost courtesy and consideration Qualifications: A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations. Ideally you will have experience of vehicle valeting or detailing. Excellent attention to detail. A flexible and dynamic approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Honest, reliable and friendly, you will be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. A driving license free from excessive penalties. Why join JCT600 and what is in it for you?
