Our client, a well-established company based in Stoke-on-Trent, is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Full-Time Valet. Job Summary:

As a Valet, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the fleet of vans and trucks remain in pristine condition and ready for service. Your responsibilities will involve meticulous cleaning and sanitization of the vehicles according to established standards. Additionally, you will assist with occasional drop-offs, showcasing your excellent customer service skills. This is a permanent position offering stability and consistent working hours, with a 40-hour workweek starting at 8:00 am and ending at 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize vans and trucks to the highest standards, presenting them in a professional and presentable manner.
  • Thoroughly vacuum, dust, and wipe down interior surfaces, leaving no dirt, debris, or stains behind.
  • Employ meticulous attention to detail while washing and polishing the exterior of the vehicles, ensuring they shine like new.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify any damages or malfunctions, promptly reporting issues to the relevant personnel.
  • Proactively refill vehicle fluids, such as windshield washer fluid, and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
  • Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are readily available and in excellent working condition.
  • Offer assistance with drop-offs, ensuring efficient and timely transportation of goods or equipment.
  • Prioritize safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free and clean work environment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, professionally addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Essential Experience Required:

  • Proven ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively and safely.
  • Strong attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to addressing cleanliness issues.
  • Physical stamina and the capability to lift heavy objects while adapting to various weather conditions.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills to optimize daily tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enhancing interactions with team members and customers.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, enabling smooth and responsible vehicle handling.
  • A strong sense of reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
