Job Title: Vaccination Inputter

Trust Location: South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust

About the Trust

Our staff work in lots of different locations and do lots of different things. They look after people at home, in the community and in hospital. They work in local health centres, schools and GP practices as well as our hospitals.  We also run lots of specialist services. This means patients come to our hospitals from right across the region.

What you’ll be responsible for:

· To input staff winter vaccination information into the NIV’s system.

· After the vaccination team have documented the information on OPAS-G2 (The Occupational Health Management system) This information will be printed off and passed to the admin team.

· The admin team will be responsible to add this information to the electronic NIV system. Training will be provided.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.

· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· System knowledge - NIV’s system (Desirable)

· Experience in a similar role

· Excellent IT skills

· Excellent organisational skills

· Excellent communication skills
