Are you a UX/Product Designer with a knack for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences? Do you love turning complex problems into simple, beautiful, and intuitive designs? If so, we've been looking for you! We're on the hunt for a talented and experienced UX/Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind our user-flows, personas, and product wireframes for our desktop and app based product.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product manager(s) to build user-flows/personas.
- Produce product wireframes and concept designs.
- Lead or partake in product and UX calls/collaboration.
- Support the product development team with design implementation.
- Conduct user research and partake in competitive analysis.
- Contribute to the product roadmap.
- Provide cross-functional design support when required.
- Design QA and sign-off support.
- Occasional UI/Customer design support when required.
- Produce final design and key deliveries.
- Conduct user research and partake in competitive analysis.

Skills/Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Product/UX design experience (desirable).
- Excellent Product design/UI experience.
- Strong wireframing skills and user flow design skills.
- Experience with building design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with user researching and building personas.
- Proficiency in low and high definition prototyping.
- Understanding of UX tools: Balsamiq, Whimsical, or similar.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with wireframe tooling (Balsamiq, Whimsical, or similar).
