- Working with your Agile teams to spend the time in discovery to uncover what problems we should be solving for our users.
- To lead and facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to define problems and ideate together.
- To lead the user experience to a delightful experience that solves the user problems identified.
- Collaborating with engineers to ensure the highest quality is iteratively released in our products.
- To be the champion of the user within your Agile team and the organisation.
- Collaborating with the rest of your UX team to continuously learn, teach and evolve our ways of working.
- Be a leader for the more junior users designers in the team.
- Collaborate with the other Designers in Design Pairing sessions and Design Critique’s.
- Advocate for the user and ensure there is a shared understanding of the problems we are solving
- Proactively leverage quantitative and qualitative data to take an evidence-based approach
- Work in an workplace that is focussed on outcomes, which will require you to work with your Agile to develop OKRs, monitor your progress and raise if we learn something that means we should pivot.
- Is able to effectively lead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, design concepts, style guides, design patterns, and high-resolution artefacts to be used in final implementation
- Can actively mentor product and technology in understanding the User-Centered design process
- Degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating a history of creating intuitive and simple customer-focused Experience designing at a B2B company.
- Some knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, large language models,AI, predictive UX type process would be preferred.
- Experience working within an agile environment.
- An understanding of a Design Thinking approach and putting it into practice when solving problems.
- Experience with analytics, data visualizations and responsive design.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience performing research not only in usability but also in the early inception stages.
