What you'll do
Creative delivery
Support the Lead and Senior UX designers in shaping the day-to-day delivery and forward-looking UX direction for Sky Sports digital products, ensuring it’s in line with wider product and brand strategy and constantly breaking new ground.
Demonstrate an ability to come up with innovative ideas, solve problems creatively and shape these into logical, coherent solutions that centre around our customer’s needs.
Execute work that adheres to best practice User Centered Design and brand standards across Sky’s digital estate.
Help to maintain an efficient design delivery process, through regular clear communication with delivery teams and consistently delivering to schedule.
Relationship & Network building
Work with stakeholder groups inside Sky’s Digital delivery function including product owners, engineers, researchers and copywriters.

Demonstrate a knowledge and desire to investigate, innovate and develop emerging design, UX and technology trends.
Team
Help drive our creative culture by being a highly visible advocate for all things design.
Collaborate with design and development teams in order to create new experiences and evolve patterns.
Work closely with the design team to ensure visibility and provide input into group design reviews.
What you'll bring
Experience with a specific focus on UX Design.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to convey complex design concepts clearly to different delivery skill sets within the organisation.
Good experience of UCD, design principles and methodologies, with an ability to conduct competitor analysis & benchmarking, create user journeys, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Good understanding of UCD, human interface guidelines, standards, and best practices as they apply to various platforms and devices.
Experience of supporting discovery & design workshops, helping drive alignment and innovation through experiences we deliver.
Good understanding of user research and analytics to aid insight driven design.
Experience working within an agile delivery environment, and in a highly collaborative manner with multiple delivery skill sets.
Good understanding of the latest tools and applications such as Figma, Miro, Userzoom… etc
A keen eye for maintaining consistency of Sky’s UX guidelines, principles, templates and assets.
Experience designing for Mobile and/or TV.
A proactive, self-driven individual that has an equally strong team ethos

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
