The Daily Buzz:

As a UX Designer, your role will be nothing short of transformative. You'll be at the forefront of the company mission to craft exceptional user experiences by translating user research into intuitive designs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Visualizing Ideas: Transform abstract concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to seamless user journeys.
  • Product Visionary: Bring the client's product vision to life through research, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing for digital products.
  • Device Agnostic: Craft wireframes, user stories, and mock-ups optimised for a diverse range of devices and interfaces.
  • Innovative Problem Solver: Identify design challenges and create elegant solutions that enhance user experiences.
  • Strategic Decision Maker: Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new features, with a focus on conversion and strategic messaging.
  • User-Centered Approach: Implement a user-centered design methodology, rapidly testing and iterating designs.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with team members and stakeholders, ask insightful questions, take calculated risks, and champion fresh ideas.

The Essentials:

  • Experience Matters: A minimum of 3 years of UX design experience, with a preference for those who have tackled complex solutions for complete digital environments.
  • Tool Proficiency: Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and more. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Client Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that align with client needs and vision.
  • Design Expertise: Extensive experience in UX design best practices, mobile-first and responsive design, and a solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD).
  • Problem Solver: Proficiency in user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
  • Iterative Mindset: Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently, while effectively communicating design processes, ideas, and solutions.
  • Design Thinking: A deep understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
  • Team Player: Effective collaboration within a team setting, synthesising abstract ideas into concrete design solutions.
  • Passion for UX: An unbridled enthusiasm for resolving user pain points through exceptional design, open to feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Industry Enthusiast: A passion for UX and an eagerness to stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
