We are looking for a UX Designer to join the Product department in our London office. Reporting to the Head of Research and Design, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for translating user requirements and business goals into intuitive and visually appealing designs. You will have the opportunity to influence product direction and drive innovation through your expertise in UX design.

Main duties:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and understand user requirements and business goals.
  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify user needs.
  • Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences across our product portfolio.
  • Work closely with development teams to provide design specifications, guidelines, and assets for implementation.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and industry best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the user experience of our products.
  • Collaborate across the Product team to establish and promote design best practices, standards, and processes within the organization.

What we look for:

  • Academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an UX Designer, ideally in a SaaS software company or similar industry.
  • A passion for the UX design process, including research, design, testing, and validation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and a user-centered approach.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience conducting user research, polls, A/B tests, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience with User Centric Innovation / Design Thinking methodologies is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
