We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Digital team. Working across multiple projects you’ll be passionate about creating user centric customer experiences and comfortable leading projects and presenting to clients.
You’ll be involved in workshops, concepting, wireframing, prototyping and designing. Facilitate design sessions using Design Thinking and User Centred Design methodologies to inspiring user solutions across all devices, platforms and touchpoints from websites, apps and online products.
You will create effortless digital customer experiences, refining our digital products, and bringing our digital vison/strategy to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to visualise proposed experiments and solutions.
- Collaborating with the rest of your UX team to continuously learn, teach, and evolve our ways of working.
- Act as a champion and advocate of good UX and good design, highlighting its impact in the end-user experience.
- Facilitate engaging and impactful workshops.
- Work with the technical teams to understand constraints that may occur.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
- Conduct user research, followed by adjustments based on feedback.
- Adhere to design standards. Identify user needs and goals through a range of methods.

Skills and Experience
- Experience in a UX role (ideally 2-3 years).
- Strong understanding of user-centred design.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking principles.
- Strong knowledge and experience of using Figma.
- A strong understanding of accessibility, and inclusive design.
- Experience of collaborative working in a multi-disciplined environment.
- An innovator who will actively pursue opportunities to develop new skills and extend expertise.
- Ability to work well within a team and to obtain co-operation and adapt to change.
- Experience working in an environment with a test and learn mindset, focused on continuous improvement.
- A Strong interest in design and typography.
