UI/UX Designer Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Creating a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand through ideation and development.
- Generating top-quality UX design solutions utilizing wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools including navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Adhering to established style standards regarding typography and graphic design.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages to ensure optimal user experience.
The Ideal Candidate will Have:
- Proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar capacity.
- Portfolio of design projects that showcase your abilities.
- Having the knowledege of working with a range of software and technologies including Sketch, InVision, Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
Bonus:
- Experience with Design Libraries or Utility frameworks such as Material UI or Tailwind.

Salary: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
