We’re looking for a UX Design Center of Excellence Lead to:

• establish a new team, bringing together existing designers and new hires

• define a vision and strategy for UX Design across Group Functions

• act as an ambassador for design and manage the demand for design work

• make design an integral part of how we develop our products

• ensure the highest quality design solutions and measure user experience across our products

• support the professional development and career progression of other designers

• act as an ambassador for design and manage demand for design work

• make design an integral part of how we develop our products

• contribute to and help grow the UX Design community across UBS

• collaborate with other design teams across the bank to evolve our design practices and standards

You will lead a new UX Design Center of Excellence that puts the client/user first in everything it does, establishing greater awareness of their E2E experiences of our products. The CoE sits within our Group Functions area, covering multiple areas including Finance, Risk, HR and Compliance. You will manage several chapters of designers with diverse skills from user research to visual design. You will work alongside product managers and engineers to improve the design and user-experience of our products. You will increase the awareness of design and its value to the organization and users. We are a new, nimble group and excited to get our design journey started
