Job description
We are currently working with a boutique design agency who are now looking for a UX Researcher to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least a few years of experience in User Experience Researching and is looking for the next step in their career.
Key responsibilities of a UX Researcher:
- Formulate research scripts for both long and short-term research plans.
- Organize different types of research activities for the research product at hand.
- Produce data based on studies taken place.
- Ensure quality assurance for the company.
- Define and build research standards.
Preferable experience/ characteristics for this role:
- Have at least 4 years of experience in UX Research.
- Have extensive knowledge of the responsibilities listed above.
- Have a passion for the Design Industry and are looking for career development.
- Strong understanding of mental models.
- Experience working with software such as Optimal Workshop and Qualtrics.
