Job description
We are urgently looking for carers in Desborough and Rothwell to join these teams and support our clients in those areas.
Its is desirable you have a full driving license and access to a car.
As a Community Carer your duties will include;-
Prompting medication
Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks
Assisting with activities of daily living such as domestic duties and personal care
Assisting individuals to access the community, attend appointments
Have good communication skills and enjoy a good chat while working.
