This is an opportunity to work within an established practice on mid to large scale residential projects.
You must have previous experience leading and inspiring teams, with residential or mixed use regeneration experience.
The day to day of the role involves the production of masterplans, urban design guidance, community and stakeholder engagement programmes, planning strategies, design and access statements, capacity studies for strategic planning, and urban design commissions for public and private sector clients.
You'll be working closely with the practices' in-house architecture, landscape and environmental colleagues.
This is a client facing role, so good presentation skills are a must.
As this London studio are looking to hire people at all levels, the salary ranges from £42,000 - £47,000 DOE.
