About us
Unitemps is a UCL owned and run recruitment service. It is managed as part of the HR Division and supports colleagues through the full hiring process of temporary workers. Unitemps at UCL was established in October 2018 as both an online presence and a physical branch located in the heart of our Bloomsbury campus. Unitemps provides a cost-effective solution for temporary staffing needs across UCL.
Currently Unitemps supports internal UCL departments and will be looking to expand to offer recruitment solutions to external organisations (commercial clients). Financial profit generated by Unitemps is re-invested into the University, contributing to our academic mission.
About the role
You will manage the end to end process of recruitment starting with the initial meetings with stakeholders where you will provide consultative advice on the recommended recruitment approach for each vacancy.
The position will also require strong candidate management skills, building strong adverts and sourcing strategies and ensuring a positive candidate journey from application to interview and onboarding.
A chance to contribute more largely to the growth of the team is also available within this role with plenty of opportunities to promote Unitemps, cross-sell and network with stakeholders and design marketing material to further maximise opportunities.
Finally you will be proactive in your approach, exceeding agreed KPIs, resolving issues and planning your workload effectively.
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 40% on site.

About you
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the recruitment market alongside it's new developments and legislative changes, as well as a fluid approach to work, with experience in temporary recruitment being particularly advantageous.
You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, business development and relationship building, as well as the ability to balance these responsibilities in a complex environment.
Experience of using Microsoft Office in additional to online recruitment tools is also key.
