Uniformed Loss Prevention Officer (SIA License exempt)Do you have loss prevention experience?Whether you do or not, we at The Range firmly believe that if you have a can-do approach with the right attitude and the ability to deal with conflict, we can develop you. Surprisingly, some of the best and most successful members of our team had no background in loss prevention or retail before joining us.So, what does a uniformed Loss Prevention Officer do? As a uniformed member of the loss prevention department, you will become the stores subject matter expert.Working for a Loss Prevention Team Leader you will be utilising our, state of the art CCTV system from a shopfloor monitoring station to deter, detect or disrupt dishonest activity.You will also support department objectives by sharing best practise and developing retail colleagues in loss prevention activity.Job and Salary· Temp contract, 44 hours per week with a 13-week probation period· Salary = £25,168 paid every 4 weeks (13 pay days per year)· 28 day’s holidays (inclusive of public holidays)The benefits· Up to 25% staff discount in all Range stores (after completion of probation)· Up to 20% discount from our instore Dee Dee's/Iceland CafesSkills & RequirementsESSENTIAL· Fully flexible working 5 days out of 7Job Type: Temporary contractContract length: 13 weeksSalary: £25,168.00 per yearBenefits:Cycle to work schemeEmployee discountOn-site parkingSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: In person
