Main duties will include:

• Help the business achieve its objectives, sustainable growth, and profitable business.

• work on underwriting and pricing with all geographies of Partners (35 entities) and covering all Specialised Insurance EW/MBI business lines.

• Be a main point of contact within the environment for the EW/MBI product.

• Be focused on delivery and accuracy in all tasks undertaken and will be a contributor to the success.

• Actively work on portfolio monitoring to control profitability.

• Play a major role in working collaboratively with business stakeholders & central teams.

• Be responsible for managing the team of underwriter and track progress and development

• Be responsible for achieving results and targets and ensuring all programs remain within all agreed guidelines.

Desired experience.

• Technical Pricing - including for complex international (multi country, multi-currency) tenders and where required presenting to Underwriting Committees and Risk Management for validation.

• Strongly contribute to and influence the existing business portfolio profitability.

• Collaborating with local teams on new business tenders, won business implementation projects and existing business management.

• Profit share agreements, calculations, and accruals.

• Production of contractual documents with the support and guidance of senior members of the team and the Legal department.

• Ensuring all decisions made are in line with Regulatory requirements and Company values.

• Ensuring the profitability of all new business underwritten by the company.

• Compliance protocols

• Providing accurate and on-time analysis of individual accounts as required.
