About Fleet Mortgages
Fleet Mortgages is a major player in the specialist Buy to Let Mortgage market. Due to rapid new business growth, we are looking for an additional Underwriting Assistant to join our Underwriting Team in Fleet, Hampshire.

Who are we looking for?
Experience in the mortgage industry would be an advantage, but not essential. You will need to be able to work efficiently, be computer literate, have a good attention to detail and be comfortable working in a busy department.
The Underwriting Administrator role
You will be responsible for providing administrative support in the underwriting team and provide a professional, efficient and high standard of customer service to customers, intermediaries and valuers.
Key tasks will include:
- Print mortgage offers / revised mortgage offers, collating and packing for posting
- Allocate emails to the case files within the mortgage origination system
- Manually input valuation report data onto mortgage origination system
- Add reinspection reports to case files in mortgage origination system
- Chase Brokers for outstanding information / documentation to progress unwriting process
- Chase Post Valuation Query responses and booking updates
- Complete and review Limited Company Searches
- Manage document allocation for portfolio customers
- Deal with queries and enquiries effectively, accurately, and professionally, delivering excellent customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
