Hours 37.5 hours per week. Primarily Monday to Friday 9.00am to
5.30pm with Saturday working on a rota basis
Holiday 28 days per annum +3 bank holidays (Christmas, Boxing Day,
NYD)

About the role
This role sits within our New Business department and supports the Underwriting process. In this role you will be
administering the onboarding process of new customers including checking documents, inputting customer
information onto the system, completing verification calls and answering queries from both brokers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and directing the call to the relevant person/department.
Producing finance documents for new agreements and forwarding them to the relevant broker in a timely manner.
Moving new proposals out of the credit searching error queue for further underwriting.
Adding joint hirer details to pending proposals
Processing welcome packs and the scanning/filing for new agreements when required.
General office duties as and when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following experience, behavioural competencies, and

Experience and skills 1. At least one year’s experience in an administrative position
2. Financial services experience is desirable but not essential

Credit Reference Agencies – to complete a soft credit check to understand your financial history
