  • On track to complete a degree in Geography, HR, Psychology

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to form relationships quickly with peers, colleagues and candidates alike.

  • A passion for learning processes but curiosity to challenge them to make improvements.

  • Desire to get stuck into a variety of tasks to help understand how a global business attracts, hires and retains the best talent in the industry.

  • An insight into what the best candidates on the market are doing to secure themselves their perfect career!

  • A well-rounded person – have you travelled around the world? Worked in a bar? Been captain of a sports team or volunteered for a charity? Tell us - we’re looking for people with interesting stories and experiences!

  • You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
