The programme will run from 26th June until 1st September 2023.
As a summer intern with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about Korn Ferry, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on client projects as part of a team within the Korn Ferry Institute (KFI).
Within Korn Ferry, the Korn Ferry Institute (KFI) provides thought leadership, research, data and expertise to support our clients and Korn Ferry lines of business (Consulting, Digital, Talent Acquisition).
Established in 2008, the KFI is an innovation center focused on illuminating key trends and drivers of human and organizational performance. We develop and infuse robust scientific research, cutting-edge intellectual property, and state-of-the-art analytics into the five Korn Ferry solutions.
You would sit within the global Data and Analytics team which focuses on delivering deep insights to clients, working collaboratively with our colleagues across the business in the areas of individual, team, and organizational performance.
Korn Ferry owns an unrivalled suite of tools to collect, measure, and assess individual, team, and organizational performance. Our data encompasses everything from individual assessment tools (psychometric assessments, cognitive ability tests, and multi-rater tools to assess competency and leadership capability) through to team and organization-level assessments (to measure topics such as team performance, culture, and engagement) to the world’s most highly regarded pay database on employee pay and benefits, and the world’s largest library of data-driven success profiles.
