Working within the UK Marketing & Student Recruitment Team, this post will take a lead role in the development, management, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality student recruitment events. This includes all BU open days, on-campus and virtual recruitment events, external student recruitment fairs and exhibitions and online events to support undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment objectives.
You will be a natural leader who can manage and motivate a team to deliver impactful and effective recruitment activities. With significant experience in planning and organising large and complex events, including monitoring and evaluation, you’ll bring enthusiasm, motivation, and a proactive approach to this busy and rewarding role. You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills and possess strong project management, communication, and time management skills. This position is available on a fixed-term basis until May 2024. Consideration may also be given to the position being offered as a secondment opportunity, but this would need to be discussed with their line managers prior to application.
